Walter Zausch
| President & CEO, Three Boys Farm Distillery
Walter is the new owner and President of Three Boys Farm Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky, where he was a customer for the prior three years offering services in distilling, sourcing, designing, bottling, labeling, and branding through his wholesale company, Distijl. He is continuing goal is to blend his passion for Kentucky Bourbon with his experience in technology and customer experience. "The Bourbon industry is rife with potential for innovation and disruption, and Three Boys/Distijl is developing opportunities to be the thought-leader in that effort."
Prior to acquiring Three Boys and founding Distijl, Walter spent 15 years in technology with Apple, Microsoft, and most recently, MakeTime, a manufacturing startup in Kentucky. He was the founder of Launch Louisville, a non-profit entrepreneurial community in downtown Louisville with 100+ members and growing.
Walter is an Executive Bourbon Steward, an alumnus of Moonshine University, and has a BARCH in Architecture from the University of Kentucky. Walter is married, with 2 sons. He lives in Prospect, loves live music, and is an avid Kentucky basketball fan.
