Michael Paladini is the CEO and founder of Penelope Bourbon. In his role, Paladini leads the team’s go-to-market strategy, including all sales and marketing initiatives, as well as product development.
Prior to launching Penelope in 2018, Paladini founded Bear Mattress with his brother, which he now runs. In 2019, Bear Mattress was ranked #7 on Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. Prior to Bear Mattress, Mike spent 10 years working in various leadership positions with some of the fastest growing software companies in the world including salesforce.com, Buddy Media, SmartRecruiters and Dynamic Signal.
Mike attended Siena College where he earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government. He currently resides in Fair Haven, New Jersey with his wife and newborn daughter, Penelope, for which the brand is named.
